研究不足
该研究仅限于SiO2/Si衬底上的MoS2和MoSe2二维过渡金属硫化物；未探索其他TMD组合或衬底。光致发光和拉曼成像的空间分辨率（约1微米）可能无法捕捉原子尺度的变化，应变值是推断而非直接测量的。表面能差异和潜在的掺杂效应尚未充分探讨。

本研究采用两步化学气相沉积（CVD）法生长具有可控生长顺序（正向与反向核壳结构）的横向过渡金属二硫化物（hTMDs）。通过光致发光（PL）和拉曼光谱等光学表征技术分析应变与衬底相互作用。

样本生长于285纳米厚SiO2/Si衬底上。合成了同系TMDs（MoS2与MoSe2）及hTMDs（MoSe2-MoS2和MoS2-MoSe2核壳结构）并进行对比研究。

5：数据分析方法：
通过PL与拉曼光谱的峰位偏移推断应变，对多晶粒进行统计分析，应变计算基于热膨胀系数差异。
