研究不足
当前制造方法会引入表面粗糙度，导致实际损耗高于模拟值。该结构易受制造误差影响，尤其在较小间距和较长波长条件下。材料特性（如折射率）可能随曝光条件变化，且聚合物会与氧化剂和酸发生反应，限制了其在特定环境中的适用性。
1：实验设计与方法选择：
本研究采用3D纳米打印技术制备光笼结构，该结构由围绕中空核心排列的六边形晶格自由站立介电细丝构成，其导光原理基于反谐振效应。
2：样本选择与数据来源：
样本包含硅晶圆衬底上制备的6股和12股不同长度及间距的光笼，光学表征通过透射测量和模式分析实现。
3：实验设备与材料清单：
设备包括飞秒激光光刻系统（Photonic Professional GT，Nanoscribe）、光刻胶（IP-Dip，Nanoscribe）、硅晶圆、超连续光源（NKT SuperK COMPACT）、物镜、光谱分析仪、相机及气体池；材料包含聚合物及乙炔、氨气等气体。

数据分析包含有限元建模、多极代码模拟及透射数据拟合，用于确定损耗与模式特性。
