1：实验设计与方法选择：
该系统集成了紫外照明系统、数字微镜器件（DMD）、投影透镜、D-MSFA和扫描平台。D-MSFA由两个微透镜阵列和一个针孔阵列组成，用于将紫外光聚焦并过滤成点阵。采用斜向扫描法进行图案化。
2：样品选择与数据来源：
分别在玻璃基板上使用光刻胶S1813和AZ4620进行二维和三维图案化。

包括紫外LED光源、投影透镜、DMD芯片及控制器、XYZ平台、光刻胶，以及准分子激光微加工系统等制造工具。

使用共聚焦显微镜测量轮廓，功率计测量紫外光斑能量，Zemax光学工作室等仿真软件进行设计优化。
