研究目的
To overcome the limitations of weak adhesion and restacking of graphene layers on flexible polymer substrates for supercapacitor applications through laser welding and surface modification processes.
研究成果
Laser transmission welding significantly improved the adhesion between graphene and polycarbonate substrates, enabling excellent mechanical bendability. Surface modification of graphene with a nanosecond pulsed laser enhanced its electrochemical properties, leading to the fabrication of flexible supercapacitors with high areal capacitance. The optimal laser fluence was found to be 52 mJ/cm2, achieving an areal capacitance of 4.7 mF/cm2.
研究不足
The study focuses on the adhesion improvement and surface modification of graphene films for supercapacitor applications, but does not explore the scalability of the process for industrial applications or the long-term stability of the supercapacitors under repeated mechanical stress.
