The AgNW/PI composite film, fabricated by a simple peel-off method, shows high FOM and low roughness, making it a promising candidate for next-generation flexible optoelectronic devices. It has been successfully utilized in flexible blue PLEDs and printed PSCs with comparable device performance to ITO-based ones.

The roughness value of AgNW/PI TCEs and the performance of printed PSCs with AgNW/PI TCEs need further optimization to match or surpass those of ITO-based devices.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
A simple peel-off method was adopted to fabricate the AgNW/PI composite film without any post-treatments.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
AgNW suspension (1 wt%) in ethanol was purchased from Zhejiang Kechuang Advanced Materials Co., LTD.

Glass substrates, AgNW suspension, polyimide (PI) in dimethylformamide (DMAC) solution (14 wt%), HIL-E 100 (Heraeus Group), PFSO-T5, PTB7-Th, PC71BM, ZnONP dispersion solution, MoO3, Ag.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
AgNW was drop-casted on clean glass substrates, PI solution was spin-coated on the AgNW film, and the total film was peeled off from the glass substrate. Flexible blue PLEDs and printed PSCs were fabricated on AgNW/PI composite film.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The performance of devices was characterized by Keithley source meters, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, AFM, SEM, and TPV measurement.
