研究目的
Investigating the use of Hierarchically Anatase TiO2 Microspheres composed of tiny octahedra as a mesoporous layer in perovskite solar cells to improve power conversion efficiency.
研究成果
The study successfully demonstrated that Hierarchically Anatase TiO2 Microspheres composed of tiny octahedra can be used as an effective mesoporous layer in perovskite solar cells, achieving a power conversion efficiency of 15.42%. Surface modification with Nb2O5, MgO, and Al2O3 further improved the efficiency, with Nb2O5@HAT reaching a champion efficiency of 17.10%. The findings highlight the importance of structural optimization and surface modification in enhancing the performance of perovskite solar cells.
研究不足
The study focuses on the improvement of power conversion efficiency through structural optimization and surface modification of TiO2 microspheres. Potential areas for optimization include further reducing charge recombination and enhancing the stability of the perovskite solar cells.
