研究目的
To develop high efficiency cell processing technologies for ultra-thin Si solar cells based on crystalline Si thin foils produced by the proton implant exfoliation (PIE) technique, focusing on effective light trapping and laser fired contact (LFC) process optimization.
研究成果
The study successfully developed a fabrication process for random Si nanohole arrays and optimized the LFC process for PERC solar cells based on crystalline Si thin foils, achieving a best efficiency of 17.1%. The ultra-thin wafer was also demonstrated to be bendable, indicating potential for flexible solar cell applications.
研究不足
The study is limited by the specific use of indium nanoparticles for etch masks and the focus on Si thin foils produced by the PIE technique. The scalability of the fabrication process and the long-term stability of the solar cells were not addressed.
