研究目的
To present the first demonstration of distributed and symmetrical all-band quasi-absorptive filters that can be designed to arbitrarily high orders, focusing on eliminating out-of-band reflections and determining passband bandwidth through absorptive sections.
研究成果
The article concludes with the successful demonstration of high-order distributed absorptive BPF designs that achieve two-port quasi-absorptive responses over a wide frequency range. The essential building block is a coupled-line section loaded with two resonant absorptive stubs, allowing for higher order responses by increasing the order of the bandpass section. The designed and measured quasi-absorptive filters validate the proposed methodology.
研究不足
The limitations include the practical challenges in microstrip implementation due to low optimized values of Zs, and the degradation of in-band transmission flatness due to the presence of absorptive stubs.
