研究目的
To investigate a new hybrid laser process for surface structuring by vapor pressure on Ti6Al4V, focusing on the effects of pulse energy and number of laser pulses on surface structure formation, and to compare the volume redistribution rate with other laser texturing techniques.
研究成果
The study successfully demonstrated a controlled structuring of Ti6Al4V using a hybrid process of cw and pulsed laser radiation. Structure heights up to 100 μm were achieved, with the volume redistribution rate reaching 28.37 mm3/min. The process shows high potential for surface structuring applications, with the ability to control structure height based on pulse energy and number of pulses.
研究不足
The process is limited by the pulse energy and number of pulses that can be applied without causing significant material evaporation or ejection. The maximum number of pulses is constrained by the pulse energy used for structuring to avoid uncontrolled melt ejection.
