The CuFeSe2-AIPH@BSA nanosystem exhibits high biocompatibility, controlled AIPH release, generation of oxygen-independent free radicals, and hyperthermia effect upon NIR light irradiation, making it an ideal candidate for imaging-guided and NIR-II-mediated synergistic therapy in tumor hypoxia microenvironment.
