1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study involved the use of CO2 laser irradiation and Remin Pro paste on enamel white spot lesions (WSLs) created on seventy-eight intact premolars. The teeth were randomly assigned into six groups for different treatments.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Seventy-eight premolar teeth with intact crowns were collected, cleaned, and stored in saline solution. Artificial enamel white spots were created using a demineralizing solution.

CO2 laser (MultiXel (DS-40UB), DAESHIN ENTERPRISE), Remin Pro paste (VOCO GmbH), artificial saliva (NIK CERAM RAZI Corporation), fluoride mouthwash (Oral-B Pro Expert), and toothpaste (Fresh Mint Crest 7 Complete).
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Teeth were treated with CO2 laser and/or Remin Pro paste, immersed in artificial saliva, and subjected to fluoride mouthwash and brushing. Vickers microhardness was measured at various depths, and SEM was used for morphological examination.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 25) with two-way ANOVA and Tukey’s test.
