Samples were irradiated with the laser under different conditions, analyzed with XRD, kept in ambient air or subjected to low-temperature annealing, and cleaned in an ultrasonic bath.

Contact angles were measured using Digimizer software, and XRD data were processed using PDXL software and PDF-2 database.
