研究目的
To characterize the states for which the fundamental property of entanglement, where all local actions on one subsystem can be equivalently realized by actions on another, does and does not hold, including multipartite and mixed states.
研究成果
The research concludes that fully entangled bipartite pure states exhibit operational symmetries under local operations, allowing any local operation on one subsystem to be replicated by an operation on another. This property does not generally hold for mixed states, except for the trivial case of the maximally mixed state. The findings have implications for quantum steering, envariance, and the Reeh–Schlieder theorem, and introduce new methods for quantifying entanglement.
研究不足
The study is theoretical and does not involve experimental validation. The applicability to mixed states is limited, with the only trivial example being the maximally mixed state.
