研究目的
Investigating the feasibility of using a CO2 laser in the preparation of nitrogen rich oxynitride glasses and nitride silicate glasses, and studying the effects of Ca2+ and La3+ doping on the structure and thermal properties of soda lime silicate glasses.
研究成果
Laser melting successfully prepared Ca2+ and La3+ doped soda lime silicate glasses in less than 3 minutes. The addition of Ca2+ or La3+ ions led to depolymerization of the silicate network and increased the glass transition temperature due to stronger M-O bonds. However, the glass stability decreased with the addition of these ions. The study highlights the potential of laser melting for preparing high melting glass compositions but notes the significant loss of volatile elements.
研究不足
The study observed significant sodium losses during the laser melting process, which could affect the glass composition and properties. The fluorescence intensity in Raman spectra increased with La-level, complicating the analysis.
