The introduction of TADF units to a 3D CRA core via flexible linkage successfully synthesized HSM TADF emitters with good solubility, thermal stability, and film-forming ability. Non-doped OLEDs using CRA-PXZ-Trz(87.5)-mCP(12.5) as the emitting layer achieved an EQE of 16.7% at 100 cd/m2, demonstrating the potential of HSM design for efficient solution-processable OLEDs.

1:Experimental Design and Method Selection
Designed HSM TADF emitters with TADF units and host units bound to an inactive core via flexible linkage. Used phenoxazine-triphenyltriazine (PXZ-Trz) as TADF unit, 1,3-bis(9H-carbazol-9-yl)benzene (mCP) as host unit, and calix[4]resorcinarene (CRA) as core. Synthesized via a two-step click reaction.

Synthesized a series of CRA-PXZ-Trz(X)-mCP(100-X) (X=0, 12.5, 25, 50, 75, 87.5, 100) with varying molar ratios of TADF to host units.

4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow
Synthesis involved alkyne-azide click reaction between alkyne-containing CRA and azide-containing functional compounds. Purified by column chromatography. OLED devices fabricated by spin-coating and evaporation techniques.

Analyzed thermal stability, photophysical properties, electrochemical behavior, and device performance. Used transient PL decay spectra to confirm TADF feature.
