研究目的
To avoid the second harmonic power flowing into the dc side of the single-phase quasi-Z-source inverter (qZSI) by integrating an active power filter (APF) and proposing a model predictive direct power control (DPC) to ensure the APF power tracks the second harmonic power of the single-phase qZSI.
研究成果
The APF-integrated single-phase qZSI and its model predictive DPC effectively remove the second harmonic pulsating power from the dc side, allowing for smaller qZS capacitance and inductance. Comparative evaluation, simulation, and experimental results confirm the advantages of the proposed topology and control method in terms of cost and volume reduction compared to existing single-phase qZSI systems.
研究不足
The study focuses on a single-phase system, and the proposed method's effectiveness in three-phase systems or under unbalanced conditions is not explored. Additionally, the impact of parameter mismatches and practical implementation challenges are briefly mentioned but not deeply analyzed.
