1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The SPPS process was used for the synthesis and deposition of ZnFe2O4 films. The influence of precursor ratio and injection pattern on film properties was investigated.

ZnFe2O4 films were prepared with varying Zn/Fe ratios and different injection patterns. Characterization was performed using XRD, Raman spectroscopy, SEM, and UV-visible spectroscopy.

A direct current plasma torch (F4, OerlikonMetco, Switzerland) attached to a six-axis robotic arm (ABB, Switzerland) was used. Precursors included zinc nitrate hexahydrate and iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate.

Films were deposited on commercial alumina plates. The effect of solution parameters and spraying conditions on film composition and morphology was studied.

The photocatalytic activity was evaluated through the degradation of Orange II dye and tetracycline hydrochloride under UV or visible light irradiation. Data was analyzed using UV-visible spectrophotometry.
