研究目的
To tackle the stability and voltage issues inherent in perovskite solar cells by employing quasi-3D azetidinium lead iodide (AzPbI3) as a secondary layer on top of the primary 3D perovskite film.
研究成果
The engineered perovskite exhibits high photovoltaic performances due to the presence of surface dipoles resulting in a unique mechanism of passivation. Employing different dimensionalities of perovskites is key to enhancing the stability and efficiency of perovskites.
研究不足
The performance is highly dependent on the orientation of the 2D perovskite on the primary perovskite layer, and the existence of an insulating organic layer causes charges to be confined in the inorganic layer.
