研究目的
Investigating the therapeutic effects of a specific herbal medicine on a particular disease.
研究成果
ZnO@CQDs was easily synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method. The presence of CQD on ZnO surface could extend the light absorption range of ZnO to visible light and prevents photogenerated holes-electrons pairs from recombining. This was a strong evidence to improve the photocatalytic activity of ZnO nanoparticles as confirmed by the UV–vis and PL test. Furthermore, photogenerated h+ and O2? were the major reasons for producing ROS, thus the antibacterial activity was also carried out and the results turned out to that the MIC of ZnO@CQDs shows lower concentrations compared with pure ZnO nanoparticles against both E. coli and S.aureus.
