To present the benefits of multi-temporal SAR applications based on DARES TECHNOLOGY experience using Sentinel-1 sensor over three classic SAR applications: flood mapping delineation, land cover and vegetation mapping, and deformation monitoring.

The high revisiting time and quality of the Sentinel-1 sensor have enabled new applications in SAR technology, improving operational applications for emergency situations and boosting established applications like PSI for surface motion monitoring. The continuous and dense monitoring capabilities of Sentinel-1 predict a prosperous future for SAR technology.
研究不足
The study is constrained by the inherent limitations of SAR data, such as geometrical and temporal decorrelation phenomena, and the presence of hard atmospheric artefacts that may compromise the applicability of classical InSAR techniques.
