1：Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The synthesis of ICZP3 was performed via Sonogashira coupling reaction. Characterization was done using FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV-Vis, fluorescence spectroscopy, GPC, TGA, DSC, XRD, and cyclic voltammetry.

ICZP3 was synthesized and characterized.

Instruments included Shimadzu (UV-2600) spectrophotometer, Bruker Avance 400 MHz and 125 MHz NMR spectrometers, Jasco FTIR spectrophotometer, Cary eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer, Shimadzu-GPC instrument, TGA Q50, DSC Q20 TA instrument, Rigaku Miniflex X-ray diffractometer, and CHI660W instrument. Materials included 2,5-Dibromothiophene, copper(I) iodide, bis(triphenylphosphine) palladium (II) dichloride, 5-bromoindole, 1-bromohexadecane, tetraethyl ammonium bromide, and triphenylphosphine.
