To present an efficient biomedical device for optimizing the immunoassays development by using low volume of reagents in a label-free approach, specifically for the recognition of C-reactive protein (CRP).

The developed label-free IROP-based device significantly improves sensitivity and reduces sample volume and reagent cost, making it a cost-effective tool for immunoassays optimization. It demonstrates the capability to screen different optimization steps of immunoassays, specifically for CRP detection, using only 10 μL of sample per measurement.
