The proposed tunable OEO based on a dual-MZ modulator with a single feedback loop operates effectively in the Ku band, with strong oscillations at 12 GHz and a phase noise of ?90 dBc Hz?1. It also demonstrates high sensitivity as a strain and temperature sensor.
