To present a novel method for simultaneous comparison of three current transformer calibration systems at power frequency and to evaluate their performance.

The conducted investigations confirm the metrological correctness of the presented method of the simultaneous comparison of three current transformer calibration systems. The determined differences are significantly lower than the estimated measurement uncertainties of each system individually. The described method can also be applied in inter-laboratory comparisons or in laboratory proficiency testing programs for calibration systems for current accuracy testing.

The number of systems in such a comparison is not unlimited because each new system loads the secondary circuit of DUT and increases other unwanted mutual influences.
