研究目的
Investigating the phase transformation and luminescence properties of Ga-substituted Ce3+-doped yttrium aluminum garnet phosphors for potential applications in white light emitting diodes (WLEDs).
研究成果
The study successfully synthesized Y2.94Al5-xGaxO12: 0.06Ce3+ phosphors with tunable luminescence properties. The phase formation process and the effects of Ga3+ ion concentration on luminescence and thermal stability were elucidated. The introduction of H3BO3 as flux improved thermal stability, and the thermal ionization model explained the thermal quenching mechanism. The phosphors showed potential for application in WLEDs with adjustable color temperature.
研究不足
The study is limited by the synthesis conditions and the specific materials used. The thermal stability of the phosphors decreases with increasing Ga3+ ion concentration, and the optimal concentration of Ga3+ ions varies with synthesis temperature.
