The study successfully synthesized LiCa3MgV3O12:Bi3+ phosphor with tunable emission from blue-green to yellow by varying Bi3+ concentration. The luminescence properties and energy transfer mechanisms were thoroughly investigated, providing insights for the development of other Bi3+-doped luminescence materials.

The study is limited to the synthesis and characterization of LiCa3MgV3O12:Bi3+ phosphor. The practical application in devices and the optimization of phosphor performance under different conditions are not explored.

The phosphor was synthesized via a high-temperature solid-state reaction method in air. The crystal structures and luminescence properties were investigated.
