1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
V2O5 nanosheets were synthesized by a chemical vapor transport method using a thermal furnace equipped with a 2-inch diameter quartz tube.

An alumina boat containing VCl3 powder and c-cut sapphire substrates were used.

4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The furnace was purged with Ar gas, then a mixed gas of Ar and H2 flowed until the internal chamber pressure reached 1 atm. The heating zone was heated to 620 °C within 20 min and held for 20 min, then cooled naturally.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The morphology of as-grown V2O5 nanosheets was characterized with optical microscopy, SEM, and TEM. Electrical measurements were carried out at room temperature using a Keithley 4200-SCS instrument.
