研究目的
Investigating the synthesis, characterization, thermal stability, and photoluminescence properties of five new Zn(II) coordination polymers constructed from mixed ligands; bis(4-carboxylphenyl)phosphinic acid and N-donor pyridine ligands.
研究成果
Five new Zn(II) coordination polymers were successfully synthesized and characterized. The structures were stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. The polymers exhibited thermal stability and photoluminescence properties, with emissions attributed to πL ? πL* transitions and metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT). The study highlights the role of ligand design in constructing coordination polymers with desired properties.
研究不足
The study focuses on the synthesis and characterization of Zn(II) coordination polymers, with limited discussion on potential applications beyond photoluminescence and thermal stability. The experimental conditions are specific to hydrothermal synthesis, which may limit the scalability or applicability of the findings.
