研究目的
Developing multi-layered thin films exhibiting electrochromism using sequential coating processes with water-dispersible nanoparticles of metal (Fe, Ni) hexacyanoferrates.
研究成果
The multi-layered films of metal hexacyanoferrates nanoparticles exhibit electrochromism with color changes proportional to the number of coatings. The double-layered film composed of FeHCF and NiHCF layers shows electrochromism among green, blue, and colorless.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Sequential coating processes with water-dispersible nanoparticles of metal (Fe, Ni) hexacyanoferrates. A simple method is developed to avoid re-dispersion of the water-dispersible film using a dip-washing process in aqueous solutions of metallic salt.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Nanoparticles of iron hexacyanoferrate (FeHCF: Prussian blue) and nickel hexacyanoferrate (NiHCF).
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Not specified.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Fabrication of multi-layered films by sequential coating processes, measurement of film thickness and optical absorbance.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Estimation of film thickness and observation of optical absorbance changes.
