1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study employs a competitive electrochemical assay where the measured current values (related to WOR, catalyzed by IrO2 NPs) are inversely proportional to the concentration of BDE-47 in the sample. Magnetic beads (MBs) coated with anti-PBDE antibodies are used to capture BDE-47 and horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-PBDE conjugate to link IrO2 NPs to PBDE.

The current value at 200 s is considered as the analytical signal, which is normalized by dividing the values obtained by the current value of concentrated IrO2 NPs measured under the same conditions.
