研究目的
To investigate the influence of complexing agent on the properties of Ni3Pb2S2 thin films prepared by chemical bath deposition method.
研究成果
Ni3Pb2S2 films were successfully prepared using tartaric acid as a complexing agent. The concentration of tartaric acid significantly influenced the films' properties, with 0.1M tartaric acid producing the most uniform and substrate-covering films. The band gap decreased with increasing tartaric acid concentration.
研究不足
The study is limited to the influence of tartaric acid as the complexing agent on the properties of Ni3Pb2S2 thin films. Other complexing agents and their effects were not explored.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Chemical bath deposition method was used to prepare Ni3Pb2S2 thin films at various concentrations of tartaric acid as the complexing agent.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Microscope glass slides were used as substrates. The films were characterized using atomic force microscopy, UV-Visible spectrophotometry, and X-ray diffraction.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Sodium thiosulfate, tartaric acid, nickel (II) sulfate, lead (II) nitrate, and microscope glass slides.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The substrates were degreased with ethanol, dipped into deionized water, and air dried. Solutions of nickel (II) sulfate and lead (II) nitrate were mixed with various concentrations of tartaric acid. The substrates were dipped into the solution, maintained at 70 °C and pH of
5:5 for 60 minutes, then rinsed and dried. Data Analysis Methods:
The films' surface morphology was examined by atomic force microscopy, structural analysis by X-ray diffraction, and optical absorption by UV-Visible spectrophotometry.
