1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
CNQDs were synthesized using four different precursor sets involving urea derivatives. Characterization techniques included UV-vis, luminescence X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy.

Pediatric glioma cells (SJGBM2) and normal human embryonic kidney cells (HEK293) were used for in vitro studies.
