1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Subjects were divided into 5 groups based on refractive error (emmetropia, low hyperopia, high hyperopia, low myopia, high myopia). RNFL analysis was performed using TOPCON 3D OCT-2000 with fast RNFL thickness

300 eyes of 150 subjects aged 20-40 years, selected using systemic random sampling, excluding those with certain ocular conditions.

Subjects underwent clinical examination including refractive error measurement, visual acuity, slit lamp exam, tonometry, fundoscopy, and axial length measurement. Eyes were dilated, and OCT scans were performed with internal fixation, repeated to ensure good image quality based on signal-to-noise ratio and subjective color assessment.
