1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
A liquid phase chemical reduction method was used to synthesize Bi@SiO2 nanoparticles in acidic solution to avoid surface oxidation, followed by SiO2 coating to enhance stability.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Bismuth chloride, sodium hypophosphite, PVP, TEOS, RhB, and BPA were used as received. Deionized water was used in all experiments.

4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Bi nanoparticles were synthesized by reducing BiCl3 with NaH2PO2 at 80°C, pH adjusted to neutral, TEOS added for SiO2 coating, samples characterized, photocatalytic degradation of RhB and BPA under visible light, HER tested in H2SO

XRD for crystal size calculation using Scherrer equation, UV-vis for concentration monitoring, TG-DTA for oxidation analysis, electrochemical methods for HER evaluation.
