N-arylated bisferrocene pyrazole compounds 1 and 3 exhibit dual properties as AIE-luminogens and electrocatalytically active species, enabling sensitive detection of H2O2 via fluorescence (LOD 38.8 nM and 15.9 nM) and electrochemical methods (LOD 14.4 mM and 11.6 mM). The AIE effect enhances emission in aggregated states, and the compounds show potential for applications in sensing and imaging.

Compounds 2 and 4 showed less response in H2O2 detection due to electron-withdrawing CF3 groups. Electrochemical detection limits are in mM range, which may be less sensitive compared to fluorescence detection in nM range. The study is limited to laboratory conditions and may require further optimization for real-sample applications.

Synthesis of N-arylated bisferrocene pyrazole derivatives (1-4) via Chan-Lam cross-coupling and Buchwald-Hartwig amination reactions. Characterization using analytical and spectroscopic methods. Investigation of solvatochromism, AIE properties, and dual-mode detection of H2O2 via fluorescence and electrochemical techniques.

Compounds 1-4 synthesized from ferrocenyl pyrazole and aryl boronic acids or terephthaloyl chloride. Commercial chemicals from TCI and Sigma-Aldrich. Data from NMR, MS, UV-Vis, fluorescence, and electrochemical measurements.

4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Synthesis via cross-coupling reactions, purification by column chromatography. Electrode preparation by drop-casting on screen-printed electrodes. Fluorescence detection in CH3CN/H2O mixtures. Electrochemical measurements in PBS with H2O2. Data collection at specified wavelengths and potentials.
