Peripheral Vascular Leakage Findings of Asymptomatic Eyes Based on Fluorescein Angiography
摘要: Purpose: To report peripheral vascular retinal leakage findings of asymptomatic eyes based on fluorescein angiography, and investigate the associated factors. Methods: Data were collected retrospectively from 47 subjects (94 eyes) and the peripheral leakage results based on fluorescein angiography were analyzed. The relationship between peripheral leakage findings and other factors including- arm-retinal circulation time (ARCT) and venous filling time (VFT), refractive error, age, hypertension, and diabetes- was evaluated. Results: Ten eyes had peripheral leakage (21.3%). The mean age was 34.7 ± 7.86 years in the non-leakage group and 44.3 ± 9.63 years in the leakage group; the difference between the groups was statistically significant (p = 0.001). The mean spherical equivalent was -2.85 ± 2.71 diopter in the non-leakage group and -3.46 ± 3.62 diopter in the leakage group; the difference between the groups were not significant (p = 0.471). The mean ARCT was 10.50 ± 2.06 seconds in the non-leakage group and 11.76 ± 2.47 seconds in the leakage group; the difference between the groups was statistically significant (p = 0.041). The mean VFT was 9.70 ± 1.91 seconds in the non-leakage group and 10.75 ± 1.40 seconds in the leakage group; the difference between the groups was statistically significant (p = 0.048). Conclusions: Peripheral leakage can be found in asymptomatic eyes. Age, VFT, and ARCT were correlated to peripheral leakage findings based on angiography. These leakage findings were thought to be related with histological properties and physiological changes in peripheral retina.

2D-to-3D conversion using optical flow based depth generation and cross-scale hole filling algorithm
摘要: 3D display has become the inevitable trend of display technology. Converting the traditional and classical 2D videos to 3D videos is an important and effective measure to solve the shortage of 3D contents. The major work about 2D-to-3D video conversion is how to extract depth information from the 2D video, and synthesize a new image from the existing viewpoint. We propose a depth extraction method based on dense edge-preserving optical flow from 2D videos, reducing the matching error in textureless regions. Moreover, we use the Gaussian Pyramid and Laplace Pyramid at cross scales to fill the holes in the image at new view point after 3D warping. The experiments show that our results outperform state-of-the-art methods in visual effect and statistics.

Bottom-Up Copper Filling of Large Scale Through Silicon Vias for MEMS Technology
摘要: An electrodeposition process for void-free bottom-up ?lling of sub-millimeter scale through silicon vias (TSVs) with Cu is detailed. The 600 μm deep and nominally 125 μm diameter metallized vias were ?lled with Cu in less than 7 hours under potentiostatic control. The electrolyte is comprised of 1.25 mol/L CuSO4 – 0.25 mol/L CH3SO3H with polyether and halide additions that selectively suppress metal deposition on the free surface and side walls. A brief qualitative discussion of the procedures used to identify and optimize the bottom-up void-free feature ?lling is presented.
