    摘要: The manufacture method of the diaphragm Fabry-Perot(F-P) pressure sensor was studied. The sensor formed an F-P cavity by welding the hollow fiber on the end face of the single mode fiber, and manufactured a quartz diaphragm by cutting and grinding the single mode fiber. A new fitting demodulation method is proposed, which can obtain the FP cavity’s reflectivity, the diaphragm’s outside reflectivity, the F-P cavity length and the diaphragm thickness at one time. It is highly practical for the parameter monitoring in the sensor manufacturing process. Experiments show that the sensor has high sensitivity and linearity, and has great potential application value in the field of fluid mechanics measurement.

  • Switching dynamics and modeling of multi-domain Zr-Doped HfO2 ferroelectric thin films

    摘要: HfO2-based ferroelectrics have attracted attention as promising materials for advanced memory applications owing to their negative capacitance effect, high scalability, and full-CMOS compatibility. Accordingly, the switching dynamics of HfO2 thin films have been actively discussed and simulated using the Landau-Khalatnikov equation (LK model). Although the simulated results agree with experimental results in many studies, there is a slight dissimilarity near the coercive field in the polarization-electric field curve. For accurate and general modeling, a new model that combines the conventional LK model and Euler's equation was proposed in this work. The model was examined under single-domain and multi-domain conditions. The simulated curves using the Landau-Euler method better fit with measured curves than those using the LK model.

  • Deep Convolutional Neural Network for HEp-2 Fluorescence Intensity Classification

    摘要: Indirect ImmunoFluorescence (IIF) assays are recommended as the gold standard method for detection of antinuclear antibodies (ANAs), which are of considerable importance in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases. Fluorescence intensity analysis is very often complex, and depending on the capabilities of the operator, the association with incorrect classes is statistically easy. In this paper, we present a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) system to classify positive/negative fluorescence intensity of HEp-2 IIF images, which is important for autoimmune diseases diagnosis. The method uses the best known pre-trained CNNs to extract features and a support vector machine (SVM) classifier for the final association to the positive or negative classes. This system has been developed and the classifier was trained on a database implemented by the AIDA (AutoImmunité, Diagnostic Assisté par ordinateur) project. The method proposed here has been tested on a public part of the same database, consisting of 2080 IIF images. The performance analysis showed an accuracy of fluorescent intensity around 93%. The results have been evaluated by comparing them with some of the most representative state-of-the-art works, demonstrating the quality of the system in the intensity classification of HEp-2 images.

  • The RbSr <sup>2</sup> Σ <sup>+</sup> ground state investigated <i>via</i> spectroscopy of hot and ultracold molecules

    摘要: We report on spectroscopic studies of hot and ultracold RbSr molecules, and combine the results in an analysis that allows us to fit a potential energy curve (PEC) for the X(1)2S+ ground state bridging the short-to-long-range domains. The ultracold RbSr molecules are created in a mK sample of Rb and Sr atoms and probed by two-colour photoassociation spectroscopy. The data yield the long-range dispersion coefficients C6 and C8, along with the total number of supported bound levels. The hot RbSr molecules are created in a 1000 K gas mixture of Rb and Sr in a heat-pipe oven and probed by thermoluminescence and laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy. We compare the hot molecule data with spectra we simulated using previously published PECs determined by three different ab initio theoretical methods. We identify several band heads corresponding to radiative decay from the B(2)2S+ state to the deepest bound levels of X(1)2S+. We determine a mass-scaled high-precision model for X(1)2S+ by fitting all data using a single fit procedure. The corresponding PEC is consistent with all data, thus spanning short-to-long internuclear distances and bridging an energy gap of about 75% of the potential well depth, still uncharted by any experiment. We benchmark previous ab initio PECs against our results, and give the PEC fit parameters for both X(1)2S+ and B(2)2S+ states. As first outcomes of our analysis, we calculate the s-wave scattering properties for all stable isotopic combinations and corroborate the locations of Fano–Feshbach resonances between alkali Rb and closed-shell Sr atoms recently observed [V. Barbé et al., Nat. Phys., 2018, 14, 881]. These results and more generally our strategy should greatly contribute to the generation of ultracold alkali–alkaline-earth dimers, whose applications range from quantum simulation to state-controlled quantum chemistry.

  • Research on Grid Parity Predictions of Centralized Photovoltaic Electricity

    摘要: Over the past decade, the photovoltaic (PV) industry in China has made great progress. However, this progress benefited from a series of subsidy policies, and with the continuous enlargement of the scale of centralized PV (CPV), the large subsidies have created great pressure on government finance, so achieving grid parity in CPV electricity is an urgent matter. This paper studies the grid parity of CPV electricity. First, this paper calculates the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) of CPV electricity. Second, using historical data and a dual learning curve, the paper predicts the LCOE of CPV electricity under scenarios with different resource zones and utilization times. Third, the paper predicts the LCOE of coal-fired electricity and draws conclusions based on changes in the price of coal and charcoal. Finally, the paper predicts when grid parity in CPV electricity in different resources areas will be achieved.

    摘要: Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve is a plot traced out by pairs of false-positive rate and true-positive rate according to various decision threshold settings. The area under the ROC curve (AUC) is widely used as a figure of merit to summarize a diagnostic system’s performance, a binary classifier’s overall accuracy, or an energy detector’s power. Exploiting the equivalent relationship between the sample version of AUC and Mann Whitney U statistic (MWUS), in this paper, we develop an efficient algorithm of linearithmic order, based on dynamic programming, for unbiased estimation of the mean and variance of MWUS. Monte Carlo simulations verify our algorithmic findings.

  • Novel Open-Circuit Photovoltaic Bypass Diode Fault Detection Algorithm

    摘要: In this article, a novel photovoltaic (PV) bypass diode fault detection algorithm is presented. The algorithm consists of three main steps. First, the threshold voltage of the current–voltage (I–V) curve is obtained using different failure bypass diode scenarios. Second, the theoretical prediction for the faulty regions of bypass diodes is calculated using the analysis of voltage drop in the I–V curve as well as the voltage at maximum power point. Finally, the actual I–V curve under any environmental condition is measured and compared with theoretical predictions. The proposed algorithm has been experimentally evaluated using a PV string that comprises three series-connected PV modules, and subtotal of nine bypass diodes. Various experiments have been conducted under diverse bypass diodes failure conditions. The achieved detection accuracy is always greater than 99.39% and 99.74% under slow and fast solar irradiance transition, respectively.

  • A Model for an Interconnected Photovoltaic System using an Off-grid Inverter as a Reference Node in Island Mode

    摘要: This paper presents a new feature extraction algorithm called power normalized Cepstral coefficients (PNCC) that is motivated by auditory processing. Major new features of PNCC processing include the use of a power-law nonlinearity that replaces the traditional log nonlinearity used in MFCC coefficients, a noise-suppression algorithm based on asymmetric filtering that suppresses background excitation, and a module that accomplishes temporal masking. We also propose the use of medium-time power analysis in which environmental parameters are estimated over a longer duration than is commonly used for speech, as well as frequency smoothing. Experimental results demonstrate that PNCC processing provides substantial improvements in recognition accuracy compared to MFCC and PLP processing for speech in the presence of various types of additive noise and in reverberant environments, with only slightly greater computational cost than conventional MFCC processing, and without degrading the recognition accuracy that is observed while training and testing using clean speech. PNCC processing also provides better recognition accuracy in noisy environments than techniques such as vector Taylor series (VTS) and the ETSI advanced front end (AFE) while requiring much less computation. We describe an implementation of PNCC using “online processing” that does not require future knowledge of the input.

  • Photovoltaic Module Reliability || Failure Analysis Tools

    摘要: Regardless of whether a module has degraded from field exposure or accelerated stress testing, it is important to understand what has actually changed within the module that led to lost peak power. If we want to use the results to improve the module construction so that future modules will not degrade, we must understand what particular changes have occurred. In this chapter, we will explore some of the methods used to better understand what has gone wrong within the module. Methods reviewed include, analysis of the I–V parameters, measurement of performance at different irradiances, visual inspection, Infrared (IR) Inspection, Electroluminescence (EL) and evaluation of adhesion. Each will be discussed in the subsections that follow.

  • Time-frequency analysis of laser-excited surface acoustic waves based on synchrosqueezing transform

    摘要: Laser-excited surface acoustic wave (LSAW) techniques can realize the measurement of surface properties through dispersion curve inversion. In addition to the conventional phase spectrum method, time-frequency analysis can also be used as a calculation tool for the dispersion curve. An accurate time-frequency analysis method is important in precisely inverting the surface properties. In this paper, synchrosqueezing transform (SST) is applied to the analysis of LSAW. By comparing the processing results of the constructed LSAW signal, SST shows higher time-frequency resolution and robustness than other common time-frequency analysis algorithms. Finite element model is used to simulate the propagation of LSAW in the film/substrate structure. And SST is used to calculate the dispersion curve of SAW information extracted during the simulation. A fast algorithm is introduced, where the film thickness is initially estimated by calculating the midrange. Through inversion, the resulting film thickness error is only 1.20% from the theoretical value. Therefore, SST is an effective tool for analyzing LSAW and calculating its dispersion curve.
