摘要： In this paper, a modification is done in the multipliers resistors of the thermal voltage converters (TVCs) to introduce a more accurate and precise standard for voltages higher than 0.5 V. The modified multiplier value which is designed and implemented at NIS, Egypt is 1 kΩ to cover the voltage range 5 V. The modified multiplier resistor (MMR) is built from ten metal-film resistors connected in series in a radial form. Modified TVC which is made by using this MMR is automatically calibrated at different frequencies. Its behavior is evaluated by the traditional TVC.
