<i>N</i> -soliton solutions for the nonlocal two-wave interaction system via the Riemann–Hilbert method
摘要: In this paper, a nonlocal two-wave interaction system from the Manakov hierarchy is investigated via the Riemann–Hilbert approach. Based on the spectral analysis of the Lax pair, a Riemann–Hilbert problem for the nonlocal two-wave interaction system is constructed. By discussing the solutions of this Riemann–Hilbert problem in both the regular and non-regular cases, we explicitly present the N-soliton solution formula of the nonlocal two-wave interaction system. Moreover, the dynamical behaviour of the single-soliton solution is shown graphically.

The <i>N</i> ‐coupled higher‐order nonlinear Schr?dinger equation: Riemann‐Hilbert problem and multi‐soliton solutions
摘要: In this work, the Riemann-Hilbert (RH) problem of the N-coupled high-order nonlinear Schr?dinger (N-CHNLS) equations is studied carefully, which controls the propagation of N fields with all high-order effects such as high-order dispersion, self-steepening effect, and Raman scattering in optical fiber. The spectral analysis of the Lax pair associated with a (2N + 1) × (2N + 1) matrix spectral problem for the N-CHNLS equations is firstly carried out, from which a kind of RH problem is structured. Then a series of multi-soliton solutions including breather, bright, and dark solutions for the N-CHNLS equations can be formulated by the RH problem with the reflection-less case. In addition, with N = 4 taken as an example, the propagation behavior of these solutions and their interactions are presented by selecting appropriate parameters with some graphics.

Construction of Multi-soliton Solutions of the <i>N</i> -Coupled Hirota Equations in an Optical Fiber <sup>*</sup>
摘要: This work aims to study the ?? -coupled Hirota equations in an optical fiber under the zero boundary condition at infinity. By analyzing the spectral problem, a matrix Riemann–Hilbert problem on the real axis is strictly established. Then, by solving the presented matrix Riemann–Hilbert problem under the constraint of no reflection, the bright multi-soliton solutions to the ?? -coupled Hirota equations are explicitly gained.
