  • Laser Vision-Based Automatic Trajectory Planning Technology for Spatial Intersecting Joint Weld

    摘要: This paper studies the laser vision-based automatic trajectory planning technology for spatial intersecting joint weld. Firstly, the mathematical model of T-type off-axis non-groove intersecting joint is established, and the welding seam characteristics of the intersecting joint are analyzed. Secondly, a triangular pseudo-rotation feature pixel detection algorithm based on monocular structured light vision is proposed to realize the rapid extraction and location of spatial intersecting joint weld. Then, a laser vision-based calibration method for the workpiece coordinate system of the T-type intersecting joint is proposed, the relationship between intersecting joint workpiece coordinate system and robot base coordinate system is established, and the trajectory equation is obtained. At last, a searching discrete of chord error interpolation control algorithm is proposed to automatically discrete and plan welding torch gesture data. Experiments show that the technology can achieve higher precision location and better intersecting joint weld trajectory planning, and realize high-quality automatic weld of intersecting joint.

    摘要: Currently, solar simulators demand component solar cells, also named isotypes, in order to equilibrate their spectrum and match the required norm. Each architecture of cell needs a specific set of isotypes and each one of them need calibration in order to assess the incident power coming from the solar simulator in its spectral range. In this article, pseudo-isotypes are proposed in order to ease the spectral balance of new architectures of multijunction solar cells (MJSC). Pseudo-isotypes are silicon and germanium photodiodes filtered with filters reproducing the cut-on and the cut-off of each MJSC subcell. The use of pseudo-isotypes requires the development of a simple and accurate calibration in order to obtain the constants associated with these references without sending it to a certified laboratory. An indoor calibration method is described and its accuracy is assessed. IV characteristics of 3J MJSC under a solar simulator are carried out with different sets of references: i) isotypes calibrated outdoor, ii) isotypes calibrated indoor, and iii) pseudo-isotypes calibrated indoor.

  • Ovalbumin antibody-based fluorometric immunochromatographic lateral flow assay using CdSe/ZnS quantum dot beads as label for determination of?T-2 toxin

    摘要: This work describes an anti-ovalbumin antibody-based lateral flow immunoassay (LFI) for T-2 toxin. The antibody uses a coating antigen as a bifunctional element for universality and introduces preincubation to improve the detection limits of the method. T-2 toxin and ovalbumin-modified T-2 toxin competitively binds on the anti-T-2 toxin monoclonal antibody modified on CdSe/ZnS quantum dot beads during preincubation. The modified T-2 toxin acts as a bifunctional element that forms immuno complexes during preincubation and combines with anti-ovalbumin antibody coated in the test line through the ovalbumin terminal. Fluorescence is detected at 610 nm on the test zone following photoexcitation at 365 nm. It has a reverse dose-effect relationship with the amount of T-2 toxin. The calibration plot is linear in the 20–110 fg mL?1 T-2 toxin concentration range, and the limit of detection (LOD) is 10 fg mL?1, which is lower by 8-fold than that of the traditional LFI system (LOD 80 fg mL?1) and one order of magnitude than those of LFIs with labels of colloidal gold nanoparticles (LOD 150 fg mL?1) or fluorophores (LOD 190 ng mL?1). Universality was verified through aflatoxin B1 detection using the established ovalbumin antibody-based LFI system (LOD 10 fg mL?1). The performance of the method was compared with that of established systems and a commercial ELISA kit (LOD 360 fg mL?1).

  • Pulsed laser annealing for advanced technology nodes: modeling and calibration

    摘要: Pulsed laser annealing is one of the promising low thermal budget approaches to overcome process limitations and develop alternative schemes to achieve better device performance and enable 3D architectures. Its applications range from the Front End Of the Line (doping, contacts, strain engineering) to Back End Of the Line (Cu grain engineering) in logic and memory devices. One key enabler for integrating this disruptive technology in the coming highly challenging technology nodes is an accurate time-resolved modeling of laser matter interaction, thermal diffusion, phase change and species diffusion at the nanosecond timescale, all to be solved self-consistently. In this paper, we will present the TCAD simulation package of the laser annealing process (LASSE Innovation Application Booster or LIAB), with a specific focus on the phase field model and calibration of relevant materials. The coupled partial differential equation system is described and a methodology for materials calibration, especially challenging in the melting regime, is detailed with results shown for Ge and SiGe, with a application on a typical p-type finFET contact region anneal 2D use case.

  • Study of Short-Term Photovoltaic Power Forecast Based on Error Calibration under Typical Climate Categories

    摘要: With the increasing permeability of photovoltaic (PV) power production, the uncertainties and randomness of PV power have played a critical role in the operation and dispatch of the power grid and ampli?ed the abandon rate of PV power. Consequently, the accuracy of PV power forecast urgently needs to be improved. Based on the amplitude and ?uctuation characteristics of the PV power forecast error, a short-term PV output forecast method that considers the error calibration is proposed. Firstly, typical climate categories are de?ned to classify the historical PV power data. On the one hand, due to the non-negligible diversity of error amplitudes in different categories, the probability density distributions of relative error (RE) are generated for each category. Distribution ?tting is performed to simulate probability density function (PDF) curves, and the RE samples are drawn from the ?tted curves to obtain the sampling values of the RE. On the other hand, based on the ?uctuation characteristic of RE, the recent RE data are utilized to analyze the error ?uctuation conditions of the forecast points so as to obtain the compensation values of the RE. The compensation values are adopted to sequence the sampling values by choosing the sampling values closest to the compensation ones to be the ?tted values of the RE. On this basis, the ?tted values of the RE are employed to correct the forecast values of PV power and improve the forecast accuracy.

  • A New Lunar DEM Based on the Calibrated Chang’E-1 Laser Altimeter Data

    摘要: To improve the lunar DEM accuracy derived from CE-1 altimeter data, CE-1 laser altimeter data are calibrated in this paper. Orbit accuracy and ranging accuracy are the two most important factors to affect the application of altimeter data in the lunar topography. An empirical method is proposed to calibrate CE-1 altimeter data, using gridded LOLA DEM to correct systematic errors of CE-1 altimeter data, and the systematic bias is about -139.52 m. A new lunar DEM grid model based on calibrated CE-1 altimeter data with the spatial resolution of 0.0625° × 0.0625° is obtained as well as a spherical harmonic model at 1400th order. Furthermore, the DEM accuracy is assessed through the comparison with the nearside landmarks of the Moon, and the results show that the DEM accuracy is improved from 127.3 m to 48.7 m after the calibration of laser altimeter data.

  • Calibration Method for Dynamic Deflection Measurement of Bridges by Photogrammetry

    摘要: Heavy vehicular traffic and aggressive environmental conditions can cause unexpected bridge deterioration, thus, periodic inspections to identify and assess possible defects are required. One indicator is the amount of vertical deflection that occurs during loading. Some different types of transducers can be used to measure the deflection. One of them is the photogrammetry. It is a typical noncontact measurement method. Unfortunately, it is difficult to calibrate this type of instruments. The key point is the evaluation of the dynamic deflection measurement capability. A dynamic calibration system of bridge photogrammetric measurement system was composed of the motorized linear stage, LED target and computer. The Fréchet distance was used as a model to evaluate the dynamic deflection measurement capability of bridge deflection photogrammetry. The photogrammetric bridge deflection measuring instruments are products of BIOET, which are used to carry out the measurement experiment. The results show that this system can calibrate the dynamic deflection measurement error of photogrammetric bridge deflection measuring instruments. Fréchet distance can reflect the relationship between the curves. This evaluation method is more accurate than the current evaluation method based on the error of indication of maximum dynamic deflection.

The importance of this issue can be due to two reasons: firstly, every recently camera should be calibrated before being used to correct its lens distortion and interior orientation elements. In addition, it is a main preprocessing step at many vision applications. This paper aims to provide an overview of concept, objective, methods and mathematical equations for camera calibration.

    摘要: With the increasing spread of soft polymer products the calibration of probing forces of atomic force microscopes, stylus instruments, coordinate measuring machines and nanoindenters becomes more and more important in order not to scratch the surface of these products during quality control. New sensors and reference springs for force calibration and new calibration methods for these devices will be presented along with some comparison measurements revealing the status of force and stiffness calibration. The contribution closes with an outlook on the current status of probing force standardization.
