摘要: This paper describes the progress on a new measurement of von Klitzing constant (Rk) through an experiment linking the new calculable capacitor and the quantized Hall resistance by means of a quadrature transfer at NIM. The recent improvements of the new calculable capacitor, the optical interferometry, the impedance measurement chain are presented.

摘要: An inductance calibration system for standard inductors based on a Maxwell-Wien bridge has been constructed at Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality Organization, National Measurement and Calibration Center (SASO NMCC). Expanded measurement uncertainty has been estimated to be less than 20 μH/H for 100 mH inductance at 1 kHz. A bilateral comparison between SASO NMCC and TüB?TAK UME has been performed in order to evaluate the performance of the calibration system.

摘要: This paper describes the main sources of error in the NRC Cryogenic Current Comparator (CCC) and Quantum Hall Resistance Standard (QHR) systems and reports their estimated uncertainty. The CCC type B uncertainty is evaluated to be 0.26 parts in 109, with the largest contribution being the effect of a noise-induced offset in the Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID). The relative uncertainty of the QHR system is estimated at 0.28 × 10-9, with comparable contributions from leakage resistances between the leads and finite dissipation on the QHR sample.

摘要: In order to reduce measurement uncertainty of the resistance (10-1 ? ~ 105 ?) due to the uncertainty component from the automatic direct current comparator resistance bridge (ADCCRB) ratio error, a novel method based on a direct current comparator (DCC) and two same nominal resistances is presented. The measurement uncertainty of the ADCCRB ratio error is largely dependent on DCC and Type A uncertainty of the ADCCRB. It is shown by the experimental results that the measurement uncertainty from the ADCCRB (ratio:10:1) is less than 3×10-8, k = 2.

摘要: This paper describes a current transformer based ac four-terminal low value resistance measurement bridge. The design and performance of this bridge is presented, which compares resistors from 10 to 0.1 ohm over a frequency range of 100 Hz-10 kHz. The reference ratio arm used in this bridge is a special designed high accurate zero-flux current transformer (ZFCT). The current ratio value of the ZFCT is self-calibrated by using the conventional build up method. An auxiliary current transformer combined with variable impedance is used to constitute the wagner circuit.

摘要: A national traceability chain from dc quantum Hall resistance (QHR) to capacitance has been established at KRISS using various impedance standards and ac coaxial bridges. Two bridges developed by INRiM, were employed: a quadrature bridge, calibrating 1000 pF capacitors versus 103 kΩ ac resistors and a ratio bridge, linking the ac resistor values to an ac-dc calculable resistor calibrated in terms of the dc QHR. The capacitance value obtained with the new traceability chain showed an agreement (a few parts in 107) in a comparison with the scale maintained at National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST, USA).

摘要: We report the results of a comparison of 10 T? and 100 T? high resistance standards between the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the National Institute for Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST). Three standard resistors were hand carried between both laboratories, a 100 T? from NIST and a 10 T? and 100 T? from AIST. The two laboratories agreed to within 100 x 10-6 at 10 T? and 500 x 10-6 at 100 T?. The comparison results have given both laboratories an external check of their measurement systems and scaling processes to 100 T?.

摘要: A synchronized current-comparator-based power bridge for calibrating analog merging units at power frequencies of 60 Hz and 50 Hz is described. Analog merging units take analog signals from instrument transformers, convert them into digital form, pack the sampled values into Ethernet frames conforming to the IEC 61850-9-2 LE specification and stream the frames to other equipment in a digital substation for further processing. Since the sampled values are used for protection and metering, the merging units need to be calibrated. The expanded uncertainties (k=2) of the described calibration system are estimated to be better than 30 μA/A for magnitude and 60 μrad for phase.

摘要: This paper describes a new four terminal pair digital sampling impedance bridge for frequency range up to 1 MHz. The bridge was primarily designed for a calibration of a phase angle of the current shunts. However, the bridge is capable of comparing any impedance standards up to approximately 100 kW in a full complex plane. The experimental measurements of the known standards showed the bridge deviations is below 50 μW/W and below 500 μrad at 1 MHz.

摘要: This paper describes a comparison of two methods to calibrate a 10 k? standard resistor respect to the Quantized Hall Resistance (QHR). One method is based in a Room Temperature Current Comparator Bridge and the other one is based in a Resistive Transfer Standard (RTS) developed at CEM in its different configurations, one of which is the QHR value. In this way we’ll test the suitability of both methods to perform QHR measurements.
