Antena impresa invertida reconfigurable en frecuencia a base de una microdescarga de plasma
摘要: This paper proposes the study of an inverted microstrip plasma-based reconfigurable antenna. The scope is to generate controlled microplasma inside the cavity between the antenna ground plane and its main conductor. This plasma will modify the resonant frequency of the antenna. The interest of using a plasma discharge as an active reconfigurable element is its switching time and mainly its capability of handling high microwave power. It was demonstrated, theoretically, that the reconfiguration frequency of a microstrip patch antenna with a microdischarge in its cavity, depends on the electron density of the plasma. Furthermore, a prototype of an X-Band inverted microstrip patch antenna, which integrates a microdischarge, was implemented. The measured frequency excursion for this prototype was 180 MHz.

摘要: Fifth generation mobile technologies demand independently tunable antennas operating simultaneously at a number of different frequency bands. The design of two, triple band independently tunable antennas printed on a mobile handset size PCB is described for 800, 1500 and 2000 MHz bands. The two antennas are printed at the top and bottom of the PCB offering diversity. The antennas operate independently of each other tuning across the three frequency bands without affecting the resonances of the other bands.

摘要: The design of fractal antenna covering two-bands of WLAN-MIMO system is presented. To achieve compact size and dual frequency operation the Minkowski fractal island were used. The design and numerical simulations were done by means of HFSS software. The antenna operates at 2.443 and 5.261 GHz WLAN-bands. The overall dimension of the antenna is 23×23 mm2. Antenna was fabricated on microwave laminate FR4-epoxy. The numerical and experimental results agree favorable.
