Proposal of the Frequency Multiply Method for Correcting the Reference Frequency Deviation; 基準周波数偏差を補正可能な周波数逓倍手法の提案;
摘要: We propose the frequency multiplier to be applied ΔΣ technique that uses variable delay controlled by the correction ROM data. It can correct the temperature characteristic of a reference frequency oscillator. As a result of the system simulation, the fractional spurious of the proposed circuit are ?129.37dBc at 4.98 MHz.

New Current-Mode Multipliers by CNTFET-Based n-Valued Binary Converters
摘要: This paper presents new Binary Converters (or current-mode compressors) by the usage of carbon nanotube field effect transistors. The new designs are made of three parts: 1) the input currents which are converted to voltage; 2) threshold detectors; and 3) the output current flow paths. In addition, an 8×8-bit multiplier is considered as a bench mark to estimate their efficiency degrees. The first approach is based on high-order Binary Converters, and the second one is only composed of 4BCs and Half Adders.

摘要: Spatial parallelism contribution to optical fibers spectral efficiency and to signal transfer rate is being estimated. Parallelism multiplier system parameter is introduced. Using this parameter analytical expressions are constructed to determine the optical fibers spectral efficiency and information transfer rate. Examples of spatial parallelism of optical signal transmission in few-mode and multicore fibers are given.

POWER-COMBINED MULTIPLIERS AT 60 GHZ BASED ON FUNDAMENTAL FREQUENCY VECTOR MODULATION
摘要: High output power multiplier is necessary for local oscillator (LO) source of millimeter-wave and terahertz applications. However, single multiplier chip power-handling capability is limited by understandably low efficiency level and other technical constraints. Conventional in-phase power-combined structures are sensitive to the fabrication and assembly errors. In order to circumvent these limits, we propose a power-combined multiplier architecture at 60 GHz based on fundamental frequency vector modulation at 30 GHz. The fundamental vector modulator adjustment can compensate the phase deviation at the two doubler output ports despite fabrication and assembly tolerances. We can increase the output power by approximately 3 dB compared with single multiplier without sacrificing the bandwidth.

摘要: This paper presents the design and implementation of a multiplier Single-Ended Primary-Inductor Converter (SEPIC) for a Power-Hardware-in-the-Loop (Power HIL) emulator of a PV system. The emulation system has been developed in a dSPACE 1104, allowing to exchange the data from a voltage variable power supply and the SEPIC converter in order to extract the maximum power from a solar panel. This methodology is intended for the evaluation of supervision strategies using a Power Hardware-in-the-Loop approach. The proposed project would offer laboratory studies closer to the collection of raw data in a fieldwork, thus facilitating the development of new technologies by obtaining faster and more comfortable results.

摘要: In this article, we propose a Lagrange multiplier-based model for the regularization problem encountered in the image super-resolution. By establishing the equivalent relationship between the regularization model and the Lagrange multiplier-based model, we provide another version of the physical meaning of the regularization parameter. The nonlinearly monotonic relationship between the regularization parameter and the Lagrange multiplier is proved by contradiction. To solve the regularization parameters, a two-phase iterative method based on the Lagrange multiplier-based model is presented. Furthermore, we apply the propagation filtering method to smoothen the super-resolution image. A QR code image super-resolution is employed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Graphene Based THz Electromagnetic Imaging System for the Analysis of Artworks
摘要: In this paper, a graphene-based electromagnetic imaging system working in 140–220 GHz frequency band for nonintrusive analysis of 3D artwork is presented. A single-stage high-order frequency multiplier is used to generate the signal at the transmitter module, whereas the single-stage high-order subharmonic mixer acts as a signal detector at the receiver. Both modules exploit the nonlinear response of graphene sheets excited by an incident electromagnetic wave, to generate harmonic components and mixing products of the input signals, respectively. The transmitter and the receiver modules were implemented through an additive manufacturing process. The resulting electromagnetic imaging system prototype was applied to the analysis of ceramic vessels, showing its ability to detect enclosed objects and to obtain information in cross-sectional planes. Furthermore, the geometrical parameters and filling material characterization can be obtained by processing the frequency response of the scattered field.

Analytical optimization of photovoltaic output with Lagrange Multiplier Method
摘要: This paper proposes a non-iterative and direct optimization method for the optimization of the output characteristics of single and double diode of cell model, including series and shunt resistances. The proposed method is based on the Lagrange Multiplier Method (LMM). Typically, the proposed method is used under necessary conditions of the optimization, and it is adopted to optimize power outputs as objective functions of different solar cell technologies and Photovoltaic (PV) modules. The objective functions are formulated to determine the greatest rectangle inside I(V) characteristics and the efficiency frontier. Furthermore, by an analytical mathematical resolution we obtain the optimal current and the formula of efficiency frontier. The efficiency frontier for single diode model is a polynomial equation of second order, and fourth order in the case of double diodes model. A realistic numerical example for different technologies via computer simulations are presented to verify the performance of the proposed optimization method.

摘要: In this article, authors present an all-in-one (AIO) scanner with 24 degrees of freedom and a photodetector as well as a photoelectric actuator for very low cost multiphoton microscopy (MPM). The main mirror, optical filters, the scan lens, the tube lens as well as the scanner in a conventional multiphoton microscope are replaced by a single AIO scanner. The AIO scanner plays a critical role on very low cost (VLC) multiphoton microscopy due to its compact size, less optical components and lower cost. The presented AIO scanner is instrumental for a very low cost multiphoton microscope (VLC-MPM) due to its compact size, less optical components and lower cost.

LLC Resonant Voltage Multiplier-Based Differential Power Processing Converter Using Voltage Divider with Reduced Voltage Stress for Series-Connected Photovoltaic Panels under Partial Shading
摘要: Partial shading on photovoltaic (PV) strings consisting of multiple panels connected in series is known to trigger severe issues, such as reduced energy yield and the occurrence of multiple power point maxima. Various kinds of differential power processing (DPP) converters have been proposed and developed to prevent partial shading issues. Voltage stresses of switches and capacitors in conventional DPP converters, however, are prone to soar with the number of panels connected in series, likely resulting in impaired converter performance and increased circuit volume. This paper proposes a DPP converter using an LLC resonant voltage multiplier (VM) with a voltage divider (VD) to reduce voltage stresses of switches and capacitors. The VD can be arbitrarily extended by adding switches and capacitors, and the voltage stresses can be further reduced by extending the VD. Experimental verification tests for four PV panels connected in series were performed emulating partial shading conditions in a laboratory and outdoor. The results demonstrated the proposed DPP converter successfully precluded the negative impacts of partial shading with mitigating the voltage stress issues.
