摘要: This study shows results of parallel measurements of greenhouse gases fluxes (carbon dioxide and water vapour) and canopy reflectance of alkaline fen. Fluxes were measured using eddy-covariance technique on micrometeorological station located in the Upper Biebrza Basin (NE Poland) in Rogo?ynek Village. Study site is located in the Biebrza National Park which was established to protect one of the biggest coherent lowland wetland area in the Central Europe. Statistical relations of reflectance and spectral indices with fluxes were calculated based on measurements during two growing season (2015 and 2016). Four types of functions were examined: linear, quadratic, exponential and logarithmic and for two timestamps: half-hour and day. The correlation between carbon dioxide fluxes and reflectance is better than for water vapour fluxes. For both carbon dioxide and water vapour we obtained higher correlations coefficients using selected spectral indices than using reflectance and higher correlations for daily timestamp than for half-hour fluxes.

摘要: This paper outlines the research objectives to investigate the approaches for assessment of vegetation water contents using hyperspectral remote sensing and moisture sensor. Water contents of crops monitor crop health for precision farming and monitoring. In the present research, spectral indices with some chemical extraction procedures were identi?ed for estimation of water contents of crops. The investigated crop species, namely Vigna Radiata, Vigna Mungo, Pearl Millet, and Sorghum were collected from Aurangabad region of Maharashtra, India. Spectral re?ectance curve of crop growth patterns was measured using ASD ?eld Spec 4 Spectroradiometer and 150 Soil moisture sensor including healthy, diseased, and dry leaves with standard laboratory environment. It is found that there was a positive correlation between WI and Soil moisture sensor with 0.99, 0.76, and 0.97 accuracy.

WorldView-2 sensor for the detection of hematite and goethite in tropical soils
摘要: The objective of this work was to simulate the bands of the WorldView-2 sensor from laboratory specters, in order to study its potential to detect iron oxides, besides proposing a spectral index based on the depth of the spectral feature (RHGtPf). The iron index (IFe) and the hematite index (IHm), developed by Madeira Netto for bands of Landsat TM-5 sensor, were adjusted for WorldView-2 to test the potential of the new yellow band. The results showed that the yellow band degrades to 2% compared to the red one. This is due to fact that mineral quantification and identification are in the absorption feature, not in the reflectance one, and it is only improved in the visualization of color. A new spectral index, the RHGtPF, based on the depth feature with the continuum-removed spectra, was proposed, since the new bands of the WorldView-2 sensor – the coastal blue and yellow bands – allow a better individualization of the absorption features for goethite and hematite separately. The new index is statistically similar to the ratio Hm / Gt + Hm; however, it is not similar to the mineralogical relation obtained with Munsell colors.
