    摘要: In recent years, the use of deep learning in remote sensing domain has made it possible to automate mapping in large-scale. In this paper, we propose a transfer learning method which pre-train a convolutional neural network (CNN) with middle-resolution remote sensing data in 2016, and fine-tune it in following years with a spot of high-resolution remote sensing data in 2017. We used the fine-tuned model to mapping the early-rice in 25 countries which cost only 21 minutes, and yielded an overall accuracy of 81.68%. The result demonstrate that the convolutional neural network model can transfer in different time period with little adjustment in a very high accuracy.

  • Nanosecond-time-scale delayed fluorescence molecule for deep-blue OLEDs with small efficiency rolloff

    摘要: Aromatic organic deep-blue emitters that exhibit thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) can harvest all excitons in electrically generated singlets and triplets as light emission. However, blue TADF emitters generally have long exciton lifetimes, leading to severe efficiency decrease, i.e., rolloff, at high current density and luminance by exciton annihilations in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). Here, we report a deep-blue TADF emitter employing simple molecular design, in which an activation energy as well as spin–orbit coupling between excited states with different spin multiplicities, were simultaneously controlled. An extremely fast exciton lifetime of 750 ns was realized in a donor–acceptor-type molecular structure without heavy metal elements. An OLED utilizing this TADF emitter displayed deep-blue electroluminescence (EL) with CIE chromaticity coordinates of (0.14, 0.18) and a high maximum EL quantum efficiency of 20.7%. Further, the high maximum efficiency were retained to be 20.2% and 17.4% even at high luminance.

    摘要: Grid connection of random renewable energy such as wind power and photovoltaic results in difficulties of keeping power balance for power system operation. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed a multi-time scale coordinated scheduling model for the combined system of Wind power-Photovoltaic-Thermal generator-Hydro pumped storage-Battery (WPTHB) by taking advantages of their complementary operation characteristics. The scheduling model is composed of three time scales: the day-ahead scheduling, the 1-hour ahead scheduling and 15-minute ahead scheduling. 1) in the day-ahead scheduling, based on the day-ahead forecast data of Wind-Photovoltaic power and Load demand (WPL), the optimal power outputs of thermal power units in 24 hours are solved from a mix integer linear programing (MILP) model to achieve the minimal operation cost of thermal units. 2) In the 1-hour ahead scheduling, based on power outputs of thermal units solved in the day-ahead scheduling and the 1-hour-ahead forecasted WPL, the hydro pumped storage power output is optimized to achieve its minimal operation cost. 3) In the 15-minute ahead scheduling, based on the day-ahead optimal power outputs of thermal units and the 1-hour ahead optimal outputs of pumped storages, the battery optimal power generation is obtained from a AC optimal power flow model solved by MATPOWER. Simulations of New England system validate that the proposed multi-time scale coordinated scheduling model could fully explore the different power regulation speeds and capacity of hydro pumped storages, thermal power generators and batteries to effectively alleviate WPL variations and achieve economic operation for multi-source generation systems.

    摘要: The aim of steering national time scale of Bosnia and Herzegovina UTC(IMBH) is to keep it accurate and stable. Steering of UTC(IMBH) is realized by applying frequency corrections into atomic clock 5071A on the daily basis. Consequences of frequency correction value to short and long term time scale stability are evaluated. The intention of this work is to find optimal solution between applied relative frequency correction and time scale stability.
