摘要: In the measurement of high voltage loss, a voltage signal and a current signal which were nearly orthogonal to each other need to be measured accurately. If the phase of the voltage signal was shifted by 90° accurately, thus the phase angle between the voltage and the current would be nearly 0°. The two signals would be then easily to measure accurately together. A digital phase shifter was developed. The phase and the magnitude error of the digital phase shifter is less than 6 μrad and 110 × 10-6 up to 150 Hz and 120 V, respectively.

Stability-indicating micellar enhanced spectro-fluorometric determination of Daclatasvir in its tablet and spiked human plasma
摘要: A fast, simple and sensitive micellar enhanced spectrofluorimetric method is performed for the determination of Daclatasvir dihydrochloride (DAC) in its pharmaceutical dosage form and in spiked human plasma. The fluorescence intensity (FI) was measured at 367 nm after excitation at 300 nm. In aqueous solution, the FI of DAC was greatly enhanced by more than 110% in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS). The detection method was linear over the range of 12.93 to 161.60 ng/mL, with a limit of detection of 1.75 ng/mL. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of DAC in its pharmaceutical dosage form and the mean % recovery of DAC in spiked human plasma was 95.42 + 2.52. The developed methodology was also extended to stress studies of DAC after exposure to different forced degradation conditions including acidic, alkaline, photolytic, thermal and oxidative environments.

摘要: This paper aims at the development of ultrasound based thickness measurement device. A Spartan 6 FPGA from Xilinx has been used in the hardware design along with external parallel Analog to Digital and digital to Analog converter. The device is interfaced with a PC or laptop through USB cable. A measurement and control software is developed using MATLAB for conceptual level and final Graphical User Interface has been developed in .NET to transfer different user defined control parameters to the hardware and receive the captured signal. Ultrasonic probes are used to generate and receive physical sound wave in pulse-echo mode. Time of flight (ToF) based calculations are used for deriving the subject dimension.

摘要: For positron emission tomography (PET), successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and switched-capacitor (SC) low-pass filter implemented in tsmc 0.18-um CMOS process is presented. To reduce DAC switching energy and layout size, a hybrid resistor-capacitor DAC is applied. To save energy, asynchronous control logic to drive the ADC is used. A pre-amplifier based comparator circuit is built to reduce the kickback noise from the dynamic latch. The proposed filter uses cascades of first-order and second-order biquad seting blocks. In order to reach the largest possible input dynamic range, the method of dynamic range scaling and minimum capacitor scaling is used.
