    摘要: In this paper the state-of-the-art for exploiting the unique physical and chemical properties of crystalline nanomaterials and their possible applications for creating optical cells with increased energy efficiency are discussed. Using a method of growing crystals from a solution the KDP and TGS nanocrystals were grown in the mesopores of the Al2O3 matrix where the direction of growth was discussed. To investigate the developed nanocomposites the X-ray analysis was used and it showed the predominant crystal orientation of the KDP and TGS in the direction [001] which coincides with the direction of the cylindrical pores. Thus, the possibility of growing of the KDP and TGS nanocrystals in the mesopores of the Al2O3 matrix was developed and provides the prospect of creating optical cells with increased energy efficiency.

  • Comparative <i>in vivo</i> imaging of arsenic and phosphorus in <i>Pteris vittata</i> gametophyte by synchrotron μ-XRF and radioactive tracer techniques

    摘要: Comparative in vivo imaging of arsenic and phosphorus in Pteris vittata gametophyte by synchrotron μ-XRF and radioactive tracer techniques. Synchrotron μ-XRF and autoradiography complementally revealed the different behavior of arsenic and phosphorus in Pteris vittata L. at a high spatial resolution with its living state. We found that P. vittata develops the several sequestration mechanisms of As from important biological functions at the different growth stages. Some of them relate to the activities in the roots of the sporophyte and the reproduction on the gametophyte.

  • Phase and Structural Transformations in Heat Resistant Alloys during Direct Laser Deposition

    摘要: DLD, also known as Direct Laser Deposition, is an approached manufacturing technology. It is used to build full density metal parts directly from CAD files without using any modules or tools. A close look over the chemical composition and the microstructure of nickel based alloys will be shown in this paper.

  • Structure and Phase Composition of Ti-6Al-4V Samples Produced by Direct Laser Deposition

    摘要: In this article had been carried out X-ray phase analysis of the samples obtained using direct laser deposition. Two groups of samples were studied: the first one was obtained with oscillation of laser radiation, the second one – without. The investigations have shown that in the process of direct laser deposition, the α+β phase is formed from a Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy with oscillation of laser radiation.

  • Aluminium Matrix Composites Produced by Laser Based Additive Manufacturing

    摘要: 3D laser metal deposition (LMD) based on the laser cladding is an established technique for additive manufacturing tasks. Also the laser cladding is a well-known technique to produce aluminum matrix composites reinforced by Si particles. High cooling rates typical for laser treatment enable to eliminate coarse Si particles formation which is a substantial disadvantage of in-situ Al-Si composites produced by traditional manufacturing processes like casting. The coarse Si particles formation reduces Al-Si composites mechanical properties. Extremely non-equilibrium solidification conditions typical for micro LMD process allow to obtain a further structure refinement and its mechanical properties improvement. In this paper the in-situ Al-Si composites produced by micro LMD process with different parameters sets were investigated by fine structure X-ray analysis. The structure and phase composition of in-situ Al-Si composites were described. The influence of cladding parameters on Al-Si composites structure was investigated.

  • New photochromic indoline spiropyrans containing cationic substituent in the 2H-chromene moiety

    摘要: New indoline spiropyrans containing conjugated cationic fragments and bulky substituents in the 2H-chromene moiety were synthesized by a simple one-pot method. The structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR (including 2D methods) and IR spectroscopy, as well as by element analysis and HRMS. Molecular structure of 1,3,3-trimethyl-60-formyl-80-benzyl-spiro[indoline-2,20-2H-chromene] was refined by single crystal X-ray. A comparative analysis of the spectral and photochromic properties of salt spiropyrans and similar structures without a cationic fragment was carried out. It was found that the introduction of the cationic substituent at the 60-position of the 2H-chromene moiety leads to a significant increase in the photoinduced isomer's lifetime.
