  • Comparison of holographic setups used in heat and mass transfer measurement

    摘要: The authors of the paper deal with measurement of heat and mass transfer for several years and they have frequently used few techniqes for measurement of refractive index distribution based on holographic interferometry. Some of the well known techniques have been modified some and some new ones developped. Every technique could be applied with success in different type of meassurement and obviously every one has set of properties making them unique. We decided to digest few different basic techniques and describe its properties in this paper with the aim to help the reader select the proper one for their measurement. The list of techniques and its properties is not comprehensive but schould serve as a basic orientation in the field.

    摘要: An automatic multi-temporal method is proposed in this paper for cloud detection without known the reference image in prior. A series of reference images are provided by fitting robustly of the pixels of multi-temporal images contaminated by clouds to show the inherent gradual change of the landscape with time instants. Then the cloud is detected by thresholding the difference between the target and the reference images, which is found to be merely composed of the regression model error modeled as Gaussian noise and outliers corresponding to cloud and its shadow. The proposed method is compared with state-of-the-art algorithms on the LANDSAT dataset, and shows a better discrimination of cloud and cloud shadow covered pixels from the uncontaminated ones.

It is concluded again that the fully graphitized pencil lead is promising as low cost but superior field emitters

    摘要: ZnAl2O4 for ultraviolet emitting phosphor prepared by deposition of ZnO on c-sapphire substrate and thermal diffusion process. The deflections of Zn and Al atoms in the films were confirmed by cathodo-luminescence properties. The CL intensity of ZnAl2O4 was not saturated from the film annealed for 100 hours, however, the saturation of UV emission was observed under anode voltage of 8 kV in the film annealed for 200 hours. It is thought that the thickness of ZnAl2O4 film became thinner by longer annealing at high temperature because of Zn re-evaporation. From cross-sectional FE-SEM observation, it was confirmed that the correct thickness and atomic distributions in the film. Since the ZnAl2O4 film thickness of the sample annealed for 100 hours was about 1 μm by FE-SEM, it was suitable the penetration depth of the electron into ZnAl2O4 layer

    摘要: We report field emission energy distributions from planar graphene edges. Field effect transistors with integrated gate and drain electrodes and vacuum transport parallel to the substrate surface are fabricated using graphene edge emission sources are prepared from two types of graphene. The emission distributions produced by reduced graphene oxide are roughly symmetric, often time. These contain multiple peaks, and shift over characteristics suggest the emission originates in local edge states. Emission produced by high quality graphene grown on Cu foil more closely resembles emission from a linear density of states, suggesting the emission starts from the delocalized band as well as discrete states.

    摘要: The article presents a solution to the problem of work and time consuming of the objects floodlighting projects creation. Currently, the only technically correct methods for creating such projects are a three-dimensional computer simulation using photometric files of luminaires or field trials using real equipment. Both of these methods have their advantages, but also many disadvantages. Among architects, in turn, a popular method of floodlighting designing is graphic processing of daytime or evening images objects. The method is relatively fast and it gives photorealistic effects but it is technically incorrect. An architect or graphic designer creates a picture that is attractive to the eye, but usually has nothing to do with reality. This is due to the fact that the lighting parameters of both lighting equipment and analyzing this type of project in terms of technology are not taken into account. The article presents a solution to this problem. It describes a system created especially for this purpose based on a dedicated computer application that allows simulation of the object floodlighting using its daily photograph. This is technically correct simulation, because it uses photometric files of luminaires. The system allows correction of basic photometric parameters: editing of photometric files, luminous flux, light in different directions, color temperature and the use of color filters. The computer application also enables photo editing, geometric correction, measurement and defining reflection and transmission properties of materials from which the object is actually built. Full lighting analysis is also possible and is based on luminance and illuminance distributions generated in the false color scale and measurements in points and selected areas. The advantages, disadvantages and limitations of the developed system are presented.

    摘要: Luminous intensity distribution of luminaires influences the qualitative metrics of lighting. Direct lighting is the most common way of illumination in public interiors. Thus, its application should be carefully considered. For defined luminous intensity distributions of direct lighting luminaires and their layouts, in rooms with various sizes and reflectances, the ceiling and wall illuminance ratios, and UGR values were calculated and analysed in detail. Meeting the recommendations for ceiling and wall illumination, and discomfort glare were checked. Impact of luminous intensity distribution of the direct lighting luminaires on ceiling and wall illumination, and discomfort glare was assessed. Impact of room size and reflectances on ceiling and wall illumination, and discomfort glare was also observed. Substantial limitation of for general lighting illumination in interiors was demonstrated and it should be regarded with great concern if visual comfort for people in interiors is to be provided.

  • Improving performance of thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitter by extending its LUMO distribution; 通过扩展LUMO分布提高热激活延迟荧光材料的性能;

    摘要: An optimized compound 9-(9,9-dimethylacridin-10(9H)-yl)-6H-benzo[c]ch-romen-6-one (MAB) was designed and synthesized based on our previously reported TADF emitter 6-(9,9-dimethylacridin-10(9H)-yl)-3-methyl-1H-isochromen-1-one (MAC) to further improve the performance of thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters. With the additional phenyl in coumarin-contained plane, MAB possesses an extended distribution of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals (LUMO), and thus realizes reduced electron exchange between the frontier molecular orbitals and a stretched molecular dipole moment compared with MAC. MAB based organic light-emitting diode (OLED) exhibits a remarkable maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 21.7%, which is much better than the maximum EQE of MAC-based OLED with a value of 12.8%. Our work proves that extending the distribution of LUMO is a simple but effective method to improve the efficiency of TADF emitter.

The measurements taken on the expressway were presented and probable causes of differences between the results of the project and results of the measurements were described.

    摘要: Bended light-guides represent an effective way of transporting of daylight into interiors of buildings, which can not be illuminated by vertical or roof windows. The effectivity of using those kind of devices depends on their physical parameters (length, diameter, band orientation, inner reflectance). But dependence on exterior properties, such as position of Sun, turbidity of atmosphere and mainly the presence of broken cloud arrays, is prior. Experimental approach of describing behavior of a light-guide is practically impossible, because of rapid changes of exterior conditions and of unrepeatability of measurements. Therefore, there is a need of numerical modeling as accurate as possible, which takes into account a wide range of sky states and variable configuration of light-guide. So far, most of such modeling were based on using empirical models, while our approach includes local state of the atmosphere and also 3D light-guide. This contribution is focused on determining the efficiency of the bended light-guides with different bend angles and orientation of their upper part by various levels of cloud fractions and positions of Sun. As a modeling tool, a link between the programs Unisky Simulator and Holigilm was created. Unisky Simulator is designed to model sky luminance distributions for arbitrary meteorological conditions and Holigilm enables calculations of light transmittance through the bended light-guides.
