总之,我们通过改进的过饱和再沉淀法,在室温下成功合成了掺杂Ni2?离子的CsPbCl?Br???量子点(PQDs),该方法通过在反应介质中引入不同量的NiCl?溶液实现。该合成方法的优势在于:不仅能高效调控CsPbCl?Br??? PQDs的带隙,实现发光波长从绿色(508 nm)到蓝色(432 nm)光谱区的调节,还可有效改变与量子点中激子非辐射跃迁相关的卤素空位。因此,在2.5% Ni2?离子掺杂的CsPbCl?.??Br?.?? PQDs中获得了470 nm蓝光发射的高效光致发光,其荧光量子产率(PLQY)达89%,这是目前符合NTSC标准的蓝光发射CsPbX? PQDs中的最高值。此外,Ni2?离子掺杂还调控了CsPbCl?Br??? PQDs的价带,消除了LED器件中的载流子注入势垒,从而实现了亮度612 Cd/m2、峰值外量子效率(EQE)2.4%的器件性能。这两项指标均高于当前已报道的最佳蓝光发射PQDs基LED,展现出在LED显示应用中的良好前景。

实验的技术和应用限制,以及潜在的优化领域。
通过室温超饱和重结晶法制备了掺杂Ni2?离子的CsPbCl?Br???量子点。将PbBr?(0.4 mmol)、CsBr(0.4 mmol)以及1 mL油酸和0.5 mL油胺溶于10 mL DMF中(30°C剧烈搅拌1小时),作为Cs?、Pb2?和Br?离子源;将10 mmol NiCl?溶于10 mL DMF中(室温搅拌1小时),作为Ni2?和Cl?离子源。随后将0.02 mL NiCl?溶液与1 mL预合成的PbBr?/CsBr混合溶液同时注入10 mL甲苯中(剧烈搅拌条件下进行)。数秒后即在365 nm紫外光照射下观察到明亮的蓝绿色发光。上述所有操作均在常压空气环境下进行,未采用惰性气体?;?。为调控发射波长,分别使用0、0.01、0.02、0.04和0.08 mL不同用量的NiCl?溶液,同时保持PbBr?/CsBr混合溶液总量恒定为1 mL。
