研究采用在P(VDF-TrFE)基体中掺杂10体积比(Cd:Zn)S颗粒制备复合薄膜。测试方法包括：使用Sawyer-Tower电路进行I-V和极化测量、交流法测量热释电系数、激光强度调制法(LIMM)进行深度剖析、以及光声光谱技术分析热学特性。

制备了具有特定厚度和电极配置的两种样品（样品1和样品2）。数据采集涵盖电学、铁电、热释电及热学性能测试。
